Ground Support Coffee Shop - SoHo  Really cool coffee shop at West Broadway and Broome Street in SoHo. Great decor, interesting staff, amazing coffee but overall it’s the sandwiches that make this place so great. On the morning I visited I sat at the back kitchen bar and watched them making the sandwiches for the day and I mean it when I say that some serious love and care went into the preparation (Subway was put to shame). If you’ve been frequenting my blog for a while it won’t come as a surprise that I love cool packaging and detail and Ground Support didn’t let me down one bit. Once wrapped in white paper the sandwiches are sliced, rewrapped in brown parcel paper and then tied off in twine string (optional of course) - the presentation is awesome and I swear it makes the sandwich taste that much better. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a photo of all this because of the pace at which all this packaging was ripped away - immediate appetite satisfaction. Ground Support Coffee Shop cannot be missed the next time you’re in SoHo.
